Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon. Charges and timings depend on your region, and are shown before you confirm your order:

Free delivery on every order over $150.

We call the number you give us before delivering, so please make sure it is one you answer. Orders are dispatched within two business days.

Payment

RASÉYA is cash on delivery. You place the order online and pay the courier in cash when your bag reaches you. Nothing is charged up front, and no card details are entered anywhere on this site.

Returns & exchanges

Unused pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition with any dust bag and tags included. Email [email protected] with your order number and we will arrange the pickup.

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours and we cover the return entirely — that one is on us.

Privacy

To deliver an order we collect your name, phone number, email and delivery address. That is the whole list, and we use it for one thing: getting your bag to you and telling you where it is.

If you join the newsletter or ask to be told when a sold-out colour returns, we store your email address for that purpose only. Every email we send has an unsubscribe path — reply and ask, and you are removed.

We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone beyond the courier who brings your order. There is no advertising tracking on this site. To see what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email [email protected].

Terms

Prices are in US dollars and include any applicable taxes. We make pieces in small runs, so stock shown on the site is what exists — if something sells out between your order and our packing it, we will call you and refund or substitute, whichever you prefer.

Product photography is shot in natural light; colours can shift slightly between screens. If a colour is not what you expected, that counts as a return under the 14-day policy above.
